Candidates will have the opportunity to grow technically and professionally by working in the AVICOM project – Ανάπτυξη καινοτόμων συστημάτων επικοινωνίας για την διευκόλυνση διοίκησης και ελέγχου διαθέσιμων μέσων και την επαύξηση της «επίγνωσης της κατάστασης» σε περιπτώσεις φυσικών καταστροφών.
So, if you are a self-motivated, driven and passionate software engineer who has:
- 3-8 years of proven experience in Java development
- experience working with the Android SDK
- thorough understanding of object-oriented analysis, common design patterns and model-driven architectures
- experience building and consuming REST APIs
- experience developing multi-threaded applications
- a product-oriented mentality
And If You
- Take pride in your work and strive for perfection
- Have a strong sense of ownership, bias for action and drive
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Have demonstrable ability to deliver projects on time and with high quality

So, if you are a self-motivated, driven and passionate software engineer who has:
- at least 5 years of proven experience in Frontend development
- at least 8 years of proven experience in Java development
- experience working with the Android SDK
- thorough understanding of object-oriented analysis, common design patterns and model-driven architectures
- experience building and consuming REST APIs
- experience developing multi-threaded applications
- Profound knowledge in core front-end technologies like HTML, Javascript and CSS
- Experience with VueJS, React or Angular
- Experience with the cordova/phonegap/ionic frameworks
- Experience in consuming REST APIs
- Good understanding of modern JavaScript (ES2015 and beyond)
- Familiarity with the node/npm/component ecosystem and with building an infrastructure
- Strong analytical skills
- A product-oriented mentality
